Eligibility for Admission

  • The candidate must be an Indian National.
  • The candidate should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying B.Pharm examination is required.
  • Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of their B.Pharm are also eligible to apply, provided they submit the final result at the time of admission.

Paper-Based Application

Candidates interested in the M.Pharm program can obtain the application form directly from the college campus. The completed form, along with the required documents, should be submitted to the Admission Cell.

  • Marksheets and Certificates of High School, Intermediate, and Bachelor's (B.Pharm) examinations (if results are declared).
  • Migration/Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
  • Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
  • Affidavit for Gap period (if any).
  • Five recent passport-sized colored photographs.
  • Caste Certificate (for OBC/SC/ST candidates).
  • Aadhaar Card of both the student and parent.
